Life-CAHST, LLC is a professional forensic, investigative, educational, and somatic services firm. Our brand and podcast (Skeptical Mystics) reflects our commitment to honest inquiry. We are investigators, educators, advocates, and practitioners — people who explore the full range of human experience with the tools of evidence, inquiry, and honest language.

The name Skeptical Mystics reflects our dual commitment: to remain skeptical of easy answers, false prophets, and fruitless faith — and to take seriously the mystery of consciousness, identity, and what it means to be human.

Led by Kristin K. Long, Owner & Director, with legal and forensic partnership through Long & Simmons Law. We believe that the best protection any person has is an adult who knows how to listen — and we exist to create more of those adults.
